WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT?!
Diets are a huge source of confusion for every woman on the planet and I can clear it up for you. NUTRITION SESSIONS answer your questions for good, get you results that last and a lifestyle that’s doable in spite of all the other things on your plate. (Pun intended).
Here’s how it works:
- You get two calls with me on the phone or via Skype.
- On the first call you complete a quick quiz to determine your metabolic type and from there I lay out a blueprint that you’ll follow for the next two weeks. It’s easier than any “diet” you’ve ever tried before.
- The second call takes place after your two weeks on the plan and we create a personalized action plan to change your eating habits for good.
You receive:
- An ideal plate to follow
- The Eating out Cheat so you’ll always know what to order
- A Grocery Store buddy for reading labels. Only three things actually matter!
- 20+ page ebook filled with easy recipes even the worst cooks in America could follow
Exercise alone will never get you the results you want. You might have gotten by on the “I’ll workout so I can eat whatever I want” mentality in high school and college, but its effectiveness wears off exponentially with age.
