I felt with all the money I was spending on flowers, cake, food, photographers, I owed it to myself to spend some money to look and feel my best on my big day. With the stress of organizing a wedding and just starting a new job, I gained around 15lbs and went up almost 2 pant sizes. After working with Liz I lost all that weight and more and was back to a size six (and sometimes even a 4!).
The numbers speak for themselves, but what I can’t quantify is how I good I felt. When I started with Liz, I was winded after a few sets of squats and sit ups. And push-ups, forget it! By the end of my training with Liz, I was able to complete 3 sets of 15 push-ups with ease. I also started to do spinning (something I was afraid I couldn’t keep up with and would look stupid) and felt great. The sessions with Liz made me stronger, less stressed and happier because I looked and felt better.”
