I’m super proud and excited to offer a unique and convenient approach to training and coaching.
For less than the cost of a personal trainer at your local gym (who is probably not as entertaining as I am) you can become an online coaching client.
Here’s how it works:
First, we do an extensive assessment, which helps both of us determine exactly what your goals, needs, and wildest dreams for your body and lifestyle are (Yes, even the ones you’ve never said out loud because up until this point you’ve assumed they were unattainable).
My philosophy is to keep things simple and make it fun.
I know this sounds crazy, because your past experience probably dictates that losing weight and getting in shape is challenging, tedious, and maybe even stressful. We’re going to change that game. Simplicity and enjoyment are the keys to results that last a lifetime.
You probably have a pretty good idea of WHAT you should be doing. The gap between you and the results you desire lies in the HOW. You need to know the appropriate actions to take every single day and be clear on the choices that will get you where you want to be.
That is exactly what I teach you.
We won’t just try. Our results won’t be temporary. The changes we create together are going to last. As you know from reading this site, the advice I give doesn’t stop at getting the body of your dreams, you’ll get insight about using that as a starting point the get the life of your dreams, too.
Working on a monthly basis, you’ll have your diet and training program tailored specifically to you.
This is not a program-for-the-masses from your favorite fitness magazine.
Each workout is YOUR workout. Each time you exercise you will know exactly what to do and HOW to do it. No guessing, no missing steps. You get personalized programming designed with precision to get you results.
Each meal is YOUR meal. Instead of feeling panic at meal time because you know you should be eating something healthy but you’re not sure to make that happen all the time-you’ll KNOW. I’ll teach you all about the right food choices, easy food prep, simple mistakes to avoid, and of course, how to deal with last minute, unplanned moments when life gets in the way of your diet.
You still get to have a LIFE. What’s the point of creating the body you’ve always wanted if you can’t take her on dates, to parties and social events or celebrate special occasions? I’ve mastered the art of keeping a tight body and living it up. I’ll teach you how to do this–and let me tell you, it’s a freaking blast!
Each month you’ll be given a training program based on our assessment, and your results/progress from the previous month. With constant email support and one monthly coaching call, I’ll be able to make necessary adjustments to keep you progressing consistently.
You will get to experience what “change your body, change your life” looks and feels like.
